Alexis Wuillaume is a Belgian-born director, director of photography, editor, and photographer based in Tokyo, working across Japan. He speaks English, French, and Japanese.

Having grown up in New York, Singapore, Paris, and Brussels, Alexis moved to Japan in 2006 to study film and cinematography in Tokyo. After graduating in 2011, he built extensive experience working both in-house and freelance, holding full-time roles with organizations including Condé Nast, Music Group (Behringer), Morgan Stanley, and SET Japan. This background gave him a strong foundation in creative production.

Alexis has collaborated with leading global brands and broadcasters such as JAL, Coca-Cola, Marriott, Akai, and the BBC, creating work across commercial, documentary, branded content, and event productions. His approach combines strong visual storytelling with a documentary sensibility and technical precision, shaped by years of directing, shooting, and editing across a wide range of projects and production scales.
